Masoon Darou Pharmaceutical Company (Private Joint Stock Company) started its activities in 2007 as a knowledge-based company by acquiring technical knowledge and producing biotechnological drugs and vaccines for human consumption and providing new drugs with complex technologies in order to fight diseases and improve the health of the community.

In 2012, this company won first place in the category of technologists at the 8th Sheikh Bahai National Technology Festival.

Masoon Darou Company is the first and only manufacturer of various types of monovalent and polyvalent Clostridium botulinum antitoxin with the trade name ZABOTRIX^®, Haemophilus influenzae type b vaccine with the trade name MAS-HibVAC^® and Clostridium botulinum toxin type A with the trade name MASPORT^® in the country.

These products are produced at Masoon Darou Company with a quality at the level of American and European standards. The production capacities created in this company are several times the country’s needs, and currently this company is able to fully meet domestic consumption needs.

For the first time in the country, MasoonDarou Co. succeeded in acquiring the technical knowledge of producing conjugated polysaccharide vaccine, and the Haemophilus influenzae type b conjugated vaccine was produced for the first time in Asia and Africa.

Winning first place in the 8th Sheikh Bahai National Technopreneurship Festival

In 2012, Masoon Darou Company won first place in the creative category at the 8th Sheikh Bahai National Technopreneurship Festival, and the company was awarded the Golden Creative Statue.

Construction and opening of the MD1 factory

Construction and opening of a manufacturing plant in Simin Dasht, Karaj, in a record 8 months. This plant was named MD1.
